Berna Kurbay is serving as a Senior Director of the Corporate Finance Advisory Department at ÜNLÜ & Co. Prior to joining ÜNLÜ & Co, Berna has spent over 25 years in sell-side equity research at various institutions. Berna’s latest role spanning over 10 years entailed providing research to mainly foreign institutional investors.
Berna holds an MSIA (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in Industrial Engineering from the Middle East Technical University (METU). Berna is also a CFA charterholder.
Simge Ündüz serves as Managing Director of the Corporate Finance Advisory Department at ÜNLÜ & Co.
During her 25+ years of experience, Simge has advised on many cross border and local M&A transactions in various sectors ranging from consumer & food to manufacturing & industrials, distribution to logistics and services. Simge has also accumulated valuable experience in capital markets through various successful IPOs/ SPOs.
Simge holds a BS in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.
Burçin Müftü serves as Director of the Corporate Finance Advisory Department at ÜNLÜ & Co. Prior to joining ÜNLÜ & Co., Burçin had worked in the London headquarters of a bulge bracket investment bank as a management associate. Burçin also gained experience in buy-side evaluating various investment proposals as the Strategy and Business Development Director of a long-established investment holding.
During her tenure with ÜNLÜ & Co., Burçin has taken an active role in various M&A and capital markets transactions in infrastructure, manufacturing & industrials, consumer & food and retail sectors.
Burçin holds a BS in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University and is also a CFA charterholder.
Alper Çelik serves as Director of the Corporate Finance Advisory Department at ÜNLÜ & Co. Alper is responsible for the execution of local IPOs. Prior to joining ÜNLÜ & Co., Alper had gained vast experience in brokerage firms in capital markets as a corporate finance professional executing IPOs and other ECM transactions, and, previously, as a research analyst.
Alper holds a BS in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an MA in Economics and Finance from Boğaziçi University.

During her 15+ years of experience, Zeynep has advised on many cross border and local transactions in consumer & food, retail, energy & infrastructure and distribution & logistics sectors.
Zeynep holds an MA from University of Michigan and a BS in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University.
